Farm holidays in Bolgheri

Farm holidays in Bolgheri

A few steps from Bolgheri, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, stands the Sant'Uberto farmhouse: a historic farmhouse that recounts over a centur y of life.
Built in 1897, it was used as a hunting lodge by Count Walfredo Fazio della Gherardesca, who dedicated it to Sant'Uberto, patron saint of hunters. In 1953, the farm passed to a family of farmers from the Marche region, and here, among these fields, Mara was born and raised: the current owner.
It is precisely from her vision, shared with her husband Claudio and subsequently with her children Chiara and Valerio, that in 2002 Sant'Uberto was been transformed into a farmhouse, without ever losing the connection with its roots.
Sant'Uberto preserves splendid cross vaults and warm, simple, typically Tuscan furnishings.
Every detail tells the story of the nineteenth-century farm and the deep connection with this land. If you want to relax but are also looking for the pleasure of living authentic experiences different from the itineraries offered to tourists, you are in the right place.
If you want, we will accompany you to discover the local shops and the most prestigious wineries.
We cook traditional dishes ourselves, with products grown on the farm and found in the area, sustainable and from the supply chain.
Surrounded by the quiet of the countryside, this is the ideal place for those looking for a bit of peace: the silence is broken only by the voices of nature, while the sea and the town of Bolgheri are just a few minutes away.
Sant'Uberto is more than a stay, it is an authentic experience that combines tradition, nature, and real flavors.
